Anyone have any idea how after a TB has been marked unknown how does one get it to be activated after someone shows up with the bug? I have one which was marked unknown and now it seems there may be no way to get it into recirculation?

When a TB has been moved to "unknown location", anyone with the TB tracking number can "grab it from somewhere else" .   After it has been grabbed, it can be dropped  like any other TB.
