I take it the cache was originally your uncles.  If you want to transfer it to your account you have to contact an approver to do the transfer.  I just recently adopted two caches so I would use cache-tech at http://www.geocaching.com/profile/?guid=2e90ca32-29cc-4f5c-89ce-a54d347ea367 Send him an email explaining how you would like to transfer the cache listing, (send him also the GC # so he can locate which cache your referring to) and he will contact the owner (your uncle) and change it over to you.  M.I.
