A week or so ago, I orded two stamps from them - one for a travel bug, and one for a signature stamp. Both stamps had custom art, and were considerably cheaper than a similarly sized stamp (even with just plain text, and no logo) at Staples or Office Despot. Total savings was probably close to $50.
When the stamps showed up though, one was all wrong. Wrong size. Wrong type of stamp. Wrong colour. And was much a cheaper stamp than I had been billed for. However, when I sent an email to them explaining the problem, I had a response back in about two hours -- "Sorry, we'll remake the stamp at our cost, and adjust the billing to correct our error. No, there is no need for you to return the problem stamp." The next day I had a proof image for the new stamp in my mailbox. I expect I'll have the new stamp by the end of the week.
There are many companies that are convenient to deal with. However, true customer service only shows through when there is a problem that needs to be fixed. Sterling has earned my respect.
That's great. I ordered my stamp though OfficeDepot.com. It wasn't too expensive for a self-inking stamp - under $20 US as I recall. Unfortunately it seems that OfficeDepot.ca doesn't carry the self inking stamps. It sure is a great thing to have though.
I ordered my stamp through Landsharkzs.com. 'These guys do it all, great to corrispond with and if my memory serves me correctly are fellow cachers in BC.
