Christmas Event Poll

Please take the few minutes to fill out this poll so I can get a good concensus of when to plan this shindig of ours. I know we will not be able to please everybody but we will do our best to accomodate everybody that we can. Any ideas, suggestions, comments, etc are welcome. And yes, it will be my goal to try and keep the costs down.
