I know where it is, I just don't have to time to get "out there"...
(Disclaimer: The Geopic may very well be "in here" and not "out there". The term was used at the author's discretion and no clue as to whereabouts should be derived from the wording.)
I am here to put candaceandwill out of their misery. Sorry it took so long.
The coords I got were 49 52.690 097 13.272.
I snapped this at 3:15 in the afternoon. I was certain I was going to be trampled at any second by the escaping schoolkids. Luckily I was able to make my escape before the bell went!
That's all you get for coordinates. My hints will be related to where to find this mural via the web. Unless that proves fruitless. I love a good experiment.
Hint: If you are looking on the "Murals" website, it is not on the primary landscape of the mural. It is around the back. But it is viewable on the site.
I have nothing derogatory (is that spelled right?) to say to the Lizard...this time! This is simply a post so I can get notified when there are new posts here!
And GO GET IT GINNY! DON'T LET THE 211 GINNY'S GET THERE FIRST!

Methinks Lizardo has an inflated sense of his actual attractiveness. The posted lizard is much better looking than him so it couldn't possibly be a self-portrait.
Actually, I think there is a u-turn signal like that in Rochester, NY as well. When I first saw that photo, I thought "oh, I know where that is", but then remembered it was the wrong city!
The corner of Mcphillips and Kingsbury N49.57.034 W097.08.997 This was tougher than I thought. It seems that the turning light blinks for 3 seconds to make the u-turn. That means it is on for 1 1/2 secs and off for 1 1/2 secs. I took eight pics before I got one with the light on.
